Race Packs

Your race number will be assigned to you at registration. To collect your number you need to make your way down to the collection desks on Sunday Morning. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day.  If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed.
Your timing chip will be attached to the bottom of your race bib. Please remove the strip and attach it to your shoe shiny side up as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish, you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

The entry list can be found HERE.

When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

Race Start

Within the event village you will see the directional signage guiding to the start line. When arriving please familiarise yourself with the  start area.

Please listen closely to MC and marshal instructions on the day as we will be lining runners up in pace order based on expected finish times.

By Car:

There is no set Event parking location as there are multiple car parks in the town centre that are a short walking distance from the event village, many of which are free or have cheaper fares on a Sunday.

Please use https://www.parkopedia.com/ to find a suitable parking place.

Redditch Train station is a 0.3mi (7min walk to the event village) Redditch Station, B97 4RB

The best way to get here if you use a smartphone is to download the Google Maps App

For this event we will use portable toilets located in the Event village.

If you live locally we recommend using toilets at home.

We will have an informal baggage drop for this event. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

During the race

The start and finish of both races will be on Alcester Street.

There will be marshals all around the course as well as KM markers for the 10k and Mile markers for the half marathon.

You can see the course maps HERE.

Please note that there is a strict 3hr cut off time for the Half Marathon distance due to the road closures in place.

There will be water provided at 3mi, 6.5mi, 10mi on the Half Marathon route, and at halfway on the 10k course and there will also be water available at the finish. Please bring your own water to the event to avoid congestion on the course. We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.
